Understanding Ethics in Building Workplace Culture: Gender-Based Perspective

This research aims to understand standards of conduct as part ethics in shaping workplace culture. An exploratory method is used this study analyse the survey result culture conducted biannually by an international organization seven provinces Indonesia. The same data are taken compare Indonesia with other ASEAN countries: Cambodia, Lao DPR, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Thailand, and Vietnam enrich interpretation result. answer two questions: what extent influence using gender perspective lens find out most crucial factors cultivating a conducive working environment.
